RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
INTRODUCTION
In this chapter, we described the research procedure for this study. A research methodology is a research process adopted or employed to systematically and scientifically present the results of a study to the research audience viz. a vis, the study beneficiaries.
RESEARCH DESIGN
Research designs are perceived to be an overall strategy adopted by the researcher whereby different components of the study are integrated in a logical manner to effectively address a research problem. In this study, the researcher employed the survey research design. This is due to the nature of the study whereby the opinion and views of people are sampled. According to Singleton & Straits, (2009), Survey research can use quantitative research strategies (e.g., using questionnaires with numerically rated items), qualitative research strategies (e.g., using open-ended questions), or both strategies (i.e., mixed methods). As it is often used to describe and explore human behaviour, surveys are therefore frequently used in social and psychological research.
POPULATION OF THE STUDY
According to Udoyen (2019), a study population is a group of elements or individuals as the case may be, who share similar characteristics. These similar features can include location, gender, age, sex or specific interest. The emphasis on study population is that it constitute of individuals or elements that are homogeneous in description.
This study was carried out to examine the Human resources management in the teaching and learning of social studies in secondary schools. Selected secondary schools in Yewa North Local Government area in Ogun State form the population of the study.

The data analysis depicts the simple frequency and percentage of the respondents as well as interpretation of the information gathered. A total of hundred and twenty (120) questionnaires were administered to respondents of which 100 were returned. The analysis of this study is based on the number returned.
The table above shows the age distribution of respondents. 24% of the respondents are between the age bracket of 20-30 years; 47% which constituted the majority are between the age bracket of 31-40 years and 29% are above 40 years.

Conclusions
With respect to the analysis and the findings of this study, the following conclusions emerged;
In conclusion, an organization does not exist in a vacuum. Itย mustย needย peopleย that 9 will putย effortย ย togetherย so as toย realize theย goalsย and aspirationย ofย the organization. It isย pertinentย toย sayย thatย noย peopleย no organization, meaningย peopleย ย are the most importantย assets ofย anย organizationย or enterpriseย ย becauseย withoutย them orderย factors or productionย will lieย idle.
Therefore, the successย ย of an organization depends on the employee of and organization. Ifย theย organizationย succeeds,ย itsย employeesย are commendedย andย ifย fails theyย are blamedย forย it and employeeย are the life wire of ย an organization.ย Henceย ย theย ย successย ย ofย ย anย ย organization depends on the quality of human resources in the organization.
Recommendation
Understandย the realityย that success of theย organization depends or lies on effectiveย humanย resourceย management.ย The recruitmentย andย selectionย of employees should be free fair so thatย theย bestย and appropriate employeesย will beย employedย andย placeย on theย rightย position whichย will lead to the higherย performanceย of theย employees.
Secondly, theย companyย shouldย be givingย incentive toย ย herย employees forย higherย performance, thisย ย act will surelyย boast theirย moraleย andย be committed to the companyย shouldย indulgeย in profitย sharingย byย givingย encouragingย wagesย to itsย employeesย that makeย the profit and the machinesย or materials used.
Finally, the companyย shouldย notย overย ย use herย employees rather itย shouldย developย trainingย andย developmentย schemesย forย her employees.ย Ifย a companyย employees are fired intermittently,ย it will incur more cost as a resultย of freshย recruitmentย andย selectionย exercises willย ย beย made.
